The whole sets equipment of 1400kw thermic fluid heater boiler export to Malawi has completed installation, commissioning and operation. As an indispensable thermal energy equipment in the rubber industry, boilers are mainly used in the production of rubber rolling, vulcanization and drying. Gas boilers, heat transfer oil boilers, biomass boilers, etc. can be used in the rubber industry.

According to the user's project requirements, Yuanda boiler technicians selected a 6-ton heat-conducting oil boiler for it. The heat transfer oil is an excellent heat transfer medium with low pressure and high temperature. Compared with steam and hot water medium, it has the characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency, easy temperature control, recyclability and low operating cost. Heat transfer oil boilers are widely used in textile printing and dyeing, plastics and rubber, petrochemical, paper, food processing, pharmaceutical and other industries.

At present, according to customer feedback, the boiler operating conditions of the project are good, and all operational data are normal.
