Yuanda YDF-30 Incinerator vs. Inciner8 i8-M20 — Technical Comparison
Both the Yuanda YDF-30 and Inciner8 i8-M20 incinerators use the same two-stage combustion technology.
Waste is burned in the primary chamber, and the flue gas is re-burned in the secondary chamber for at least 2 seconds, ensuring a smokeless and odorless process.
However, there are several important differences:
1. Larger Capacity & Chamber Volume (YDF-30 Advantage)
The Yuanda YDF-30 incinerator features a bigger chamber size and larger overall volume compared to the Inciner8 i8-M20.
This allows for:
-
Higher loading capacity
-
Longer continuous operation
-
Better suitability for hospitals, farms, factories, and municipal waste projects
2. Advanced Emission Control System
The YDF-30 incinerator is equipped with a dry-type flue gas filter.
This system helps effectively absorb acidic gases (such as SO₂) and reduces harmful emissions.
The i8-M20 does not include any filtration system, resulting in comparatively lower emission control performance.
3. Taller Chimney for Better Smoke Dispersion
The YDF-30 comes with a 6-meter chimney, which improves:
-
Smoke dispersion
-
Negative pressure stabilization
-
Overall environmental performance
In comparison, the i8-M20 chimney is significantly shorter, offering less efficiency in directing flue gases away from the working area.
