3 Sets of 20 Ton Coal & Biomass Fired Reciprocating Grate Boilers for Food & Beverage Company in Indonesia
For this Indonesia project, Yuanda Boiler configured the boiler system according to the customer’s large steam demand, fuel availability and food production requirements.
Yuanda Boiler has supplied 3 sets of 20 ton/hour coal and biomass fired reciprocating grate boilers to a food and beverage company in Indonesia. The total installed steam capacity of the three boilers reaches 60 tons of steam per hour, providing a reliable steam source for large-scale industrial production.
The boilers adopt a reciprocating grate combustion system, which is suitable for burning coal as well as various solid biomass fuels. This configuration provides stable fuel movement and combustion, making it suitable for continuous industrial boiler operation.
Coal & Biomass Dual-Fuel Capability
The boilers are designed to utilize coal and suitable biomass fuels, giving the customer greater flexibility in fuel selection.
Depending on local fuel availability, suitable biomass fuels may include:
- Wood chips
- Wood waste
- Sawdust
- Palm kernel shell
- Rice husk
- Agricultural biomass
- Other suitable solid biomass fuels
The actual combustion and feeding configuration should be determined according to the fuel moisture, particle size, ash content and calorific value.
