Hot Water Boiler for Wood Kiln Drying
Wood kiln drying requires a stable and controllable heat source to remove moisture from timber. The 2100kW hot water boiler heats water and circulates it through the kiln heating system, providing consistent thermal energy for the drying process.
Compared with direct combustion inside the drying chamber, a hot water heating system allows the heat source and drying chamber to operate separately, helping provide more controlled and uniform heating.
DZH Travelling Grate Wood Boiler
The DZH travelling grate boiler is designed for solid biomass combustion. Wood fuel is manually loaded onto the grate, where it moves through the combustion chamber while the fuel burns.
This configuration is particularly suitable for wood processing plants that have a steady supply of wood logs, wood pieces, offcuts or other suitable wood biomass generated during production.
