A 6 ton/h biomass-fired steam boiler was supplied for a food factory in Ghana to provide a stable steam supply for its production process. The boiler is designed to use biomass fuels such as wood chips, wood waste and other suitable agricultural biomass, helping the factory make use of locally available fuel resources.
For food processing applications, a reliable steam supply is important for heating, cooking, sterilization, cleaning and other production processes. The biomass steam boiler provides continuous steam generation and can be integrated with a complete fuel feeding, ash removal, dust removal and boiler control system according to the project requirements.
This Ghana boiler project demonstrates the application of biomass-fired steam boilers in the food processing industry. Boiler capacity, steam pressure, biomass fuel type and auxiliary equipment can be configured according to the customer’s production requirements and site conditions.
