DZL series package boilers are horizontal three-pass water & fire tube boilers with a chain grate stoker structure. Threaded pyrotechnic tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface, while the drum and the water walls on both sides form a radiation heating surface in the furnace. Each package system is fully installed and wired before being transported to site and is electrically controlled to provide functions such as stepless speed regulation for the stoker, threshold parameter alert and interlock protection.

YLW coal fired thermal oil boiler is a kind of new type heating equipment, the fuel could be coal, biomass or flue gas, the heat carrier is heat conduction oil, the circulating pump force heat transfer medium circulating in liquid phrase, and transfer heat to heat user equipment, then return to the heating furnace for reheating. Thermal oil boiler(also called organic heat carrier furnaces) generally use coal, oil, and gas as fuels, take heat-conducting oils as the medium, force liquid to circulate in the liquid medium by using oil circulation pump, transferring heat energy to the heating equipment, then heat-conducting oil return to furnace and reheating.Boiler can reach high temperature at low pressure,control medium operating in high-precision.

YLW thermal oil heater is square coil horizontal chain grate shop-assembled heater, chain grate and heater proper are transferred separately. It adapts chain grate to realize mechanical feeding coal, mechanical venting by blower and induced draft fan, and mechanical discharging by slag machine.

Fuel falls on the grate from coal bucket during operating and burning, high temperature smoke enters furnace by passing combustion arch, after radiation heat exchange, smoke enters convection heating surface for convection heat exchange, then goes to waste heat boiler and air heater, at last enters dust collector then is vented into the atmosphere through chimney by induced draft fan.

SZL series biomass-fired steam boiler is package or shop-assembled water tube boiler with double steam drum and chain grate stoker structure. 4-6 tph boiler is package boiler and 6-35 tph is shop-assembled structure, which is composed of 2 parts, upper part is heat absorbing surface and lower part is combustion equipment. The former part of boiler body is surrounded by membrane wall, its upper part connects with boiler drum and lower part connects with header, which forms a combustion chamber to absorb the radiated heat from furnace; there are dense convection tube bundle between the back side of upper and lower drum, the high temperature smoke enters a separate economizer after flushing heat absorbing surface then discharge from chimney.

Comparing with DZL boiler, DZH boiler has better adaptability on fuels, it can fire coal, rice husk, nut shell, sawdust, waste wood pieces, also can fire wood logs, straws. But, DZH boiler can only support manual fuel feeding, and manual ash remove.
