Project Location: Indonesia
Application: Kiln exhaust gas heat recovery
Steam Output: 800 kg/h
Steam Pressure: 5 bar
Exhaust Gas Temperature: 900°C
To improve energy efficiency and reduce fuel consumption, a supplementary fired waste heat boiler was installed to recover high-temperature exhaust gas from the kiln system.
With an exhaust temperature of 900°C, the system effectively converts waste heat into 800 kg/h of saturated steam at 5 bar. The boiler is designed with a reinforced heat exchange structure to withstand high-temperature flue gas conditions and ensure long-term stable operation.
A supplementary burner is integrated to guarantee stable steam output during kiln load fluctuations, ensuring continuous and reliable steam supply for production processes.
Project Benefits
