10 Ton Biomass Steam Boiler Project for Food Factory in Myanmar
A 10 ton/h SZW series double-drum water tube steam boiler was supplied to a food factory in Myanmar. The boiler has a working pressure of 1.25 MPa and is designed to provide a stable steam supply for the customer’s food production process.
The boiler can burn a variety of solid fuels, including coal, wood chips and coconut shells, giving the customer greater flexibility in fuel selection. It is equipped with a fuel conveyor system and reciprocating grate to ensure continuous fuel feeding and stable combustion.
The boiler is also equipped with combustion observation ports, allowing operators to monitor the furnace combustion condition during operation. The automatic control system makes daily operation easier and helps maintain stable boiler performance.
At the rear of the boiler, an economizer is installed to recover heat from the flue gas, improve energy utilization and reduce the flue gas temperature before entering the dust removal system.
For this project, Yuanda engineer Mr. Liu provided on-site installation and commissioning service. The installation and commissioning were successfully completed, and the 10 ton biomass steam boiler is now ready to provide reliable steam for the food factory in Myanmar.
