A cigarette factory in Indonesia required a reliable biomass-fired steam boiler to provide continuous steam for its industrial production processes. Based on the customer's fuel availability and steam demand, Yuanda Boiler supplied a 10 ton/hour SZW Series biomass steam boiler fueled by wood chips.

The SZW Series boiler adopts a double-drum water-tube structure with membrane water walls. Combined with a reciprocating grate combustion system, it is suitable for continuous combustion of biomass fuels such as wood chips.

On-Site Installation & Commissioning

As part of the project service, Yuanda Boiler's engineers traveled to Indonesia to provide on-site installation guidance and commissioning services.
