SZS Series Oil/Gas-Fired Water Tube Boiler is a double-drum, D-type water tube boiler featuring a full membrane-wall structure and a compact, optimized layout. The boiler is designed for reliable operation, high thermal efficiency and easy installation.

Its D-type arrangement and membrane-wall construction provide a robust and efficient heat-transfer system while minimizing the overall footprint. The optimized design allows large-capacity boilers to be factory-assembled or delivered in modular sections, significantly reducing on-site installation work.

With a compact structure and fast installation, the SZS boiler can help reduce boiler house construction requirements, shorten the installation period and lower overall project investment.

  SZS Oil Gas Boiler Advantages 

1. Big combustion chamber furnace, it will be applicable to a variety of fuels. Also it can achieve ultra-low nitrogen emission (NOX<30mg/m3);

2. Whole membrane type water wall structure, is adopted around the furnace. It has good sealing performance, low heat loss, no smoke and smoke leakage;

3. Unique composite water circulation furnace. The high temperature zone in furnace adopts forced circulation to ensure reliable cooling of each part of the heated surface and prevent vaporization;

4. Flue gas condensation recovery device is arranged at the tail of the boiler, which can effectively reduce the exhaust gas temperature and improve the boiler thermal efficiency;

5. 100% Safe and reliable in operation, easy to overhaul. The boiler is equipped with manholes, inspection doors, explosion-proof doors and flame detectors. Multi protections in water level & pressure.

6. High-quality aluminum silicate insulation layer, has good thermal insulation performance. Boiler outer layer uses pressed protective plate, which is beautiful and durable.
