1. Three-Pass Water-Tube & Fire-Tube Structure
The boiler combines water-tube and fire-tube heating surfaces in a three-pass design. Hot flue gas passes through multiple heating surfaces before entering the flue gas outlet, improving heat transfer efficiency and reducing heat loss.
2. Travelling Grate Stoker Combustion
The travelling grate provides continuous fuel feeding and combustion, helping maintain a stable furnace temperature and consistent steam production. It is particularly suitable for coal and other solid fuels with appropriate particle size and characteristics.
3. Efficient & Stable Combustion
The furnace and grate are designed to provide sufficient residence time and air supply for fuel combustion. The optimized combustion process helps improve fuel utilization while maintaining stable boiler operation.
