6 Ton Wood Fired Steam Boiler Installed for Food Factory in Cambodia

Yuanda Boiler supplied one set of 6 ton wood fired steam boiler for a food processing factory in Cambodia. The boiler is designed for stable steam output and economical biomass fuel operation.

This project adopts manual feeding system with travelling grate stoker, which ensures efficient combustion and easy maintenance. It can burn wood logs, wood waste, biomass blocks and other solid fuels with strong adaptability.

Our experienced engineer team traveled to Cambodia to provide on-site installation guidance, commissioning service, and operator training for the 6 ton wood steam boiler project.

During the service process, our engineers assisted the customer in boiler assembly, piping connection, combustion adjustment, safety inspection, and trial operation.

After successful commissioning, the boiler achieved stable steam output and entered normal production smoothly.
