We supply electric heating boiler capacity in 9kw to 3500kw. If you need small capacity, choose vertcal electric boiler is enough, otherwise, choose large horizontal type electric boiler.

1. Control panel

2. Water Treatment Device (water softener)

Disposal contents in water such calcium and magnesium and other cations, avoid effects on thermal efficiency and corrosion on boiler inner shell.

3. Economizer, Condenser

Heat inlet water and reduce exhaust gas temperature, enhance thermal efficiency and it is good for environment.

4. Valves & Gauges Instruments

Water level gauge, pressure gauge, safety valve, ensure the 100% safe and stable operation.

5. Feed-water pump, water circulating pump

Put water into boiler and promote hot water circulation, compact structure, low power consumption, low failure rate.

6. Dust collector

Only used in coal/wood biomass boiler system. Remove the dust and ash in exhaust gas to protect environment and reduce pollutions.

7. Steam header

Distribute steam to different directions, used for distributing the steam to each pipe of user's workshop. 

8. Chimney

Only used in boiler capacity above 500kg. Equipped in boiler system, provide channels for exhausted gas flow.
