Medical Waste Incineration Pyrolysis Furnaces
Incineration is the only method providing complete destruction and neutralization of hazardous and infectious waste.
YDF Series Pyrolysis Furnaces Incinerator for waste incineration are designed according to the CE directive and regulation, suitable for the incineration of clinical waste in healthcare facilities, clean and hassle-free disposal and safe destruction of:
1.Medical waste: syringes, neddles, gloves, straps, gauze, blood vessels, organs and other infectious waste.
2. Industrial waste (polymer waste): Plastic PE, PU, rubber (tire), Styrofoam, PET bottle, fiber, foam, cloth, bags, resin, acrylic, leather, Wood flour, urea powder, melon cloth, tapes, paints, polymers and so on.
3. General garbage: cardboard, paper scraps, sawdust, leaves and so on.
4. Special waste: waste oil, waste solvents, oil sludge, ash dust, iron paint, mold filter residue and so on.
5. Animal carcass cremation.
Characteristics of Incinerator
1. Combustion chamber up to 1200ºC with a two tier system: mixed solid waste and char is incinerated in the superior tier
2. Grate ash collection to the lower tier: a drawer compartment for easy ash cleaning
3. After burner chamber: generated gases, fumes and smoke exhaust from the main chamber is processed and eliminated through high-temperature burn-out
4. Front-loading through side pantograph or hinged door
5. Configuration: Floor stand (castor wheels option)
6. Affordable, easy to operate and maintain
