The maintenance of hot water boiler shutdown

Normal shutdown：

Due to the load reduction, the end of the heating period and the maintenance and repair of the normal hot water boiler, they can be shut down, which is called the normal stop. Normal shutdown can be operated generally by the following order :stop the fuel supply ; stop the blast, then stop the drawing wind; stop water supply, reduce the pressure, and water supply valve is closed; close the steam valve and open the drain valve,;close the flue baffle.

Emergency shutdown：

When an accident occurs in the boiler operation, if not immediately stop the furnace, there is a possibility of expanding the accident crisis and equipment, and therefore we must immediately stop the boiler operation.This is an emergency stop furnace.For emergency shutdown, we should immediately stop the supply of fuel, when necessary to scrape out coal ashes or use the fire extinguished.
